Nicolas is a writer/director living in London, UK. There's another London in Ohio, but that's not important.

Afer a brief stint as copywriter in advertising Nicolas refocused on moving image. His first project, a self-shooting documentary, earned a £500 award. Realising he had a flair for direction, his next doc screened at a regeneration event for Brent Council. Commission requests ensued, but Nicolas wanted to focus on scripted work.

With a spell in Production and AD departments under his belt, Nicolas' first narrative short, The Green Man, screened at 13 festivals, garnering a Best Film award and three nominations, one from a BAFTA Cymru qualifying festival.

In his spare time, Nicolas steeps himself in science fiction, polemic, politics and current affairs, internet culture, and other odd niches making him rather eclectic.
